1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or broken
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Due to the handmade nature of our handicraft products, minor variations in color, design, or finish are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Products reported after the return time period
  • Slight variations in handmade products
  • Customized or special-order items (if applicable)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
  3. Provide order details (order ID, name, and contact number)

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

4. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, if available
    OR
  • An alternative product of equal value

Replacement will be processed after verification and product pickup (if required).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

  • The product is not available for replacement
  • The issue cannot be resolved through replacement

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
  • Return shipping may be arranged by us or guided by our support team depending on the case.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
